ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
The article discusses the issues of constructing an automatic control system with an adaptive controller based on the technological parameters of the ginning object. The process of ginning raw cotton belongs to the class of a nonlinear object and has the property of a priori and parametric uncertainties, which determines the development of a self-tuning controller that allows one to give the desired properties to the control process. Correction of the parameters of the industrial PID control law is carried out using ordered rules. A block diagram of an automatic control system with an adaptive controller has been proposed, which makes it possible to formulate other laws for correcting the controller parameters. An algorithm has been developed for determining the setting parameters of standard regulation laws based on those proposed in the form of ordered rules and is universal for other types of regulators. A methodology for constructing self-adjusting regulators of industrial quasi-stationary objects is proposed, which consists in adjusting the gain of a closed-loop automatic control system based on the absolute value of the input influence and the derivative of its error, as well as correcting the component that integrates it using an assessment of direct quality indicators. The proposed method for constructing a self-tuning controller and selecting its optimal parameters allows for effective operation when changing the parameters of the object in the range: , the gain of the object can change by 20 times. The self-tuning process ends in iterations depending on the initial values of the controller settings.
