A two-level full-factor experiment matrix was constructed for each function in determining the three-factor experimental design and regression equation for the formation of complex raw silk and the parameters of cocoon reeling, such as reeling speed, water temperature, and sericin content in the cocoon. Correlation graphs are presented to evaluate the dependence of the output parameter and input parameters on the factors affecting raw silk passing through the leno: reeling speed, water temperature, and sericin. Through the graphs, when the output parameter is selected, it is determined at which values of one of the input parameters such a mode can be established. When the sericin content is high during the cocoon reeling process, the range of breaking strength in the first case is between 98 cN and 102.4 cN, and in the second case, when the sericin content is low, it is between 98 cN and 94 cN, and the relationship graphs between the first and second factors are located symmetrically relative to the X2=0 axis.
