The analysis of the state is carried out and the classification of goods in the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity (CN FEA) is studied. Questions on the possibility of including a commodity product obtained on the basis of waste or secondary products of production or consumption, to a new classification code of the Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activities (CN FEA) are considered. The analysis of the inclusion of the proposed chemical products-waste, secondary products of production and products based on them, in accordance with the provisions of the Rules and definitions for these types of raw materials, materials or marketable products of the relevant heading is carried out.
