Analyses energetic indicates of different concentrator models converting solar energy. Indicated the possibilities of obtaining high coefficient of profitable activity in heterophotoconverting on the basis of AlGaAs–GaAs elaborating 200 for concentrating solar radiation. In experimental assemblies of small-sized modules value of efficiency 20% (AM1.5) is achieved.
