The article comprises the researches carried out by working out a simple construction of a seeder that sows numerous rows on the basis of agro technical requirements between the rows of cotton plant. The suggested seeder sows seeds in numerous rows of a cotton plant and does the following: sows grain seeds in marked norms and depth; keeps the vertical state from any kind of shake of seed admission; seeders and bunkers between each row are fixed on single basis; the action passes to amount measuring instrument of the bunker from the leading star of the primary vehicle that is fixed in general basis. The data on the construction of a seeder being simple and equalizers not being complex in the process of seeding are given in the article.
