The article presents the main results of field tests, cast rotary needle sprockets of details of soil-cultivating machines. Field tests of rotary needle sprockets having a hardened surface coating with a layer thickness of 0.6-1.0 mm were carried out. The results are also presented after field tests of needle sprockets, which increase the productivity of agrotechnical work and increase the abrasive wear resistance and durability of finished products by 2-3 times.
