This article analyzes a number of foreign experiences, such as China, the United States, Russia, and Canada, in describing the types of M-type vehicles as a commodity in column 31 of the CCD. Methods of rational classification of goods declared in accordance with the rules of classification of types of wheeled vehicles manufactured and sold in the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of CNFEA in a specific ten-digit subheading having criteria, having an identification stage, having a binding property b (function), you want the parameters of a non binding offer. For CCD graph 31, the integration of 4-stage classification methods was coordinated using formal-control, logical control verification methods. The EBR AAT program conducts a logic control audit of the new status CCD. Based on the analytical results, a favorable scientific and methodological basis for the classification of light vehicles in commodity position 8703 was created. A single model of classification of light vehicles on the basis of data in columns 31, 33, 35, 38, 41, 42, 43, 44, 47 of the CIS was formed, resulting in the clearance of these goods at customs without human intervention, minimal error and in a short time.
