компетентного  подхода  к  обучению  иностранным  языкам.  Важность  компетентного 
подхода к преподаванию иностранных языков научно обоснована.

The article explains the scientific significance of the concept of competency-based 
approach  in  TEFL.  The  need  for  a  competency-based  approach  in  TEFL  is  scientifically 
substantiated.
