Abstract. The article discusses the issues of increasing the efficiency of low-temperature gas treatment units in the design of the gas condensate field arrangement system.

Currently, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, low-temperature processes for extracting valuable components of liquefied gas and gas condensate have been developed in the preparation of natural gas from gas condensate fields (GCF).

In connection with the commissioning of an increasing number of gas condensate fields, the problems of designing and operating systems for field gas treatment, increasing the efficiency of the LTS gas process at the plant of complex treatment gas are becoming increasingly important.

The occurrence of GCF natural gas with abnormally high reservoir pressure has raised a number of significant problems in developing methods and implementing their means of rational use of the free energy potential of the extracted gas.

Under these conditions, the largest field in the group under consideration is taken as the basis for gas treatment, so that it is economically profitable to use a complex technology that allows for gas drying by moisture and extraction of heavy hydrocarbons at all stages of development.

Uzbekistan has industrially developed a low-temperature process with a separation temperature of up to minus 80 °C for extracting liquefied gas from a propane-butane mixture (PBM) production unit.
