Abstract.  The article discusses the methodology for the technological calculation of an amine desulfurization plant in the field gas treatment of gas condensate fields.

The method and technological scheme of gas treatment is selected based on the conditions of transport and processing. In the gas industry, the absorption method of gas purification from moisture and hydrogen sulfide with the use of glycols and ethanolamines as absorbers, respectively, is widely used, which is explained by the low capital costs in the construction of installations with a simple scheme and reliability in operation.

During the operation of gas processing units, the composition of the feed gas and the operating modes of technological systems change, both associated with a change in the development indicators of gas condensate fields and the involvement of other fields in their raw material base.

The change in time of the thermodynamic conditions of field exploitation, as well as the composition of the feed gas, leads to a decrease in the efficiency of the gas purification and drying units. In this regard, the issues of further improvement and intensification of the applied gas processing processes, effective use of the installed technological equipment with minimal capital expenditures for reconstruction are of great importance for gas production enterprises.

Improving the scientific principles of gas absorption purification for transport and substantiation of increasing the efficiency of the gas absorption process under changing operating conditions is an urgent problem of great practical importance, the solution of which will improve the quality of gas.
