The article presents a study of the blue deposit. The causes of oil
retention in oilfield exploitation associations and methods of exposure to residual oil
extraction have been studied. The status of mining operations was analyzed and the
dynamics of mining indicators were given. Most of the existing oil wells today are
used in depth pump method. This type of pump provides for the extraction of
products from wells with a depth of 3000 m and deeper, from several kilograms to
hundreds of tons. Residual accumulation reserves have been studied to increase the
efficiency and prospects of the recovery of residual oil from the field, which has been
found to have high operational efficiency of horizontal wells in the field. Methods of
studying wells are given.
