The problems and potential of using computer vision technology are
discussed in this article. The potential applications of computer vision, as well as the
software and technological implementation prospects, are investigated. The conclusion
is reached regarding the importance of using an individual approach when selecting
devices, methodologies, software, and technical solutions for the development of
computer vision systems in order to solve specific difficulties that developers face
