The article considers on the implementation of new technology in the
area of air movement organization and the modernization of the radio engineering
facilities of the “UzAeronavigation” Center in compliance with ICAO international
standards. Modernization of technical means will allow the Air Navigation Service of
Uzbekistan to work within the framework of basic requirements and standards
recommended by ICAO to international aviation carriers. It is demonstrated that, in
accordance with the requirements of the current civil aviation regulatory documents, the
day and night marking of the critical zones and the glide beacons should be provided on
the airfield.
