The article highlights the results of studies on the degree of manifestation of breeding characteristics of Karakul sheep of different colors, depending on environmental conditions. A higher degree of manifestation and a low degree of variability of these features in the conditions of a sandy desert have been established.

В статье освещены результаты исследований по изучению степени проявления селекционных признаков каракульских овец разных окрасок в зависимости от экологических условий. Установлены более высокая степень проявления и низкая степень изменчивости этих признаков в условиях песчаной пустыни.
