Assessment of physical activity among elementary school students revealed a positive trend of growth of strength abilities assessed by quarters. However, during the pedagogical experience with the 1st-2nd graders, it was found that the children could not achieve the initial results, did not fulfill the requirements of the material and social functions of the program for all-round development. Mandatory basic physical education classes offered by the school system were not enough to reduce the hypodynamia factor, and it was difficult to implement physical exercise or mass sports sessions outside of school. Current state education standards stipulate a limit of at least 4 academic hours per week for physical education, which does not meet the established standards of physical activity of the WHO.
