Qashqadaryo viloyatining qadimdan sug‘oriladigan tipik bo‘z tuproqlari sharoitida ilkbor turli siderat ekinlarning o‘sishi, rivojlanishi, yashil massa va urug‘ hosili bo‘yicha baholangan va istiqbolli siderat (raps, moyli turp, gorox, ko‘k xantal, gorox+moyli turp) ekin turlari tanlandi. Toza va aralash ekilgan siderat ekinlarning o‘sishi (o‘simlik bo‘yi 71,6-219,6 sm), rivojlanishi (1 m2 da tup soni 103,4-556,2 dona) va biomassa hosildorligi 26,4-34,6 t/ga tashkil etdi. Tuproq haydov qatlamida makroagregatlar ulushi 13,4-25,9% ga oshganligi, mikroagregatlar esa 24,7-27,6% ga kamaygani, hajm massasi 1,23-1,31 g/sm3 ga kamaygani va suv o‘tkazuvchanligi 71,0-124,7 m3 /ga oshganligi va gumus – 1,19-1,22; nitrat azoti 12,38-33,56, harakatchan fosfor - 31,37-43,25, almashinuvchi kaliy - 311,4-326,2 mg/kg.ga ortganligi, begona o‘tlar miqdori 7,4- 17,5% yoki I va II-balldan oshmaganligi, yomg‘ir chuvalchanglari soni 3,1-6,3 barovarga ortganligi o‘rganildi. Turli kartoshka navlarining rivojlanishi (o‘suv davri 3-10 kunga uzaygan, balandbo‘yli 66,4-80,7; serpoyali 4,1-5,4 yoki 1,0-1,6 donaga ziyod; barg sathili (69,6-71,5 ming m2 ), baquvvat palak (404,4-495,3 gramm), sog‘lom tup va hosilning shakllanishi (tuganak hosili 617,5-887,5 gramm, tuganaklar soni 6,7-11,2 donani, bitta tuganak o‘rtacha vazni 76,2-90,2 gramm), hosildorlik (30,7-34,2 t/ga va shundan tovar hosil 29,6-33,4, aynimagan urug‘bop tuganaklar hosili 21,2-29,2 t/ga, ko‘payish koeffitsiyenti 6,3-8,3 dan ziyod) sifatiga sideratlarning ta’siri asoslandi.
