The article describes the development of technology for producing cast rotary sprockets by casting into earthen molds from steel 30L. Wooden models and model kits for receiving an asterisk are made. Received complete sets of cast parts for rotary sprockets. The chemical compositions and mechanical properties of cast stars are studied. Macro and microstructures, as well as hardness of cast steel specimens and parts are investigated.
