Spicy pepper is a vitamin-rich vegetable that is native to Central and South America. It is cultivated as a flavoring plant in the warm and tropical climate of the world. In Uzbekistan, spicy and sweet peppers are cultivated. The fruit of spicy species is used as a spicy product to prepare a variety of meals, particularly oriental dishes (in the Caucasus and Central Asia).
