 Paxtani dastlabki ishlash korxonalarida paxta xomashyosidan 
olinadigan mahsulotlarni sifatli va raqobatbardosh ko‘rsatkichlarga ega holda 
ishlab chiqarish hamda yuqori ish unumdorligiga erishish, avvalambor, texnologik 
mashinalarning bir-biri bilan mutanosibligiga uzviy bog‘liq. Texnologik mashinalarni 
to‘g‘ri joylashtirish va ularga qo‘shimcha yordamchi mexanizmlar joriy etish, ishlab 
chiqarilayotgan mahsulotlarni nobud qilmasdan, o‘z vaqtida navbatdagi texnologik 
jarayonga yetkazib berish orqali ishlab chiqarish hajmini oshirishga erishiladi. Lekin 
ko‘plab ishlab chiqarish korxonalarida xomashyoni bir texnologik mashinadan 
ikkinchi texnologik mashinaga o‘tkazishda uskunalar soni, binoning joylashishi 
yoki boshqa omillar sababli uzilishlar yuzaga keladi. Natijada birinchi jarayondan 
chiqqan xomashyo ikkinchi jarayonga yetkazib berishda qo‘l mehnatiga tayanilib, 
samaradorlik pasayadi. Mazkur maqolada ushbu jarayonlar paxta tozalash 
korxonasi misolida tahlil qilinib, uning yangi texnologik yechimlari va afzalliklari 
bayon etilgan.

На предприятиях первичной переработки хлопка 
производство продукции из хлопкового сырья с высокими качественными 
и конкурентоспособными показателями, а также достижение высо-
кой производительности труда в первую очередь тесно связаны с 
согласованностью технологического оборудования. Правильное размещение 
технологических машин и внедрение дополнительных вспомогательных 
механизмов позволяют увеличить объём производства, своевременно 
передавая продукцию на следующий технологический процесс без её 
повреждения. Однако на многих производственных предприятиях возни-
кают перебои при передаче сырья от одного технологического оборудования 
к другому из-за количества оборудования, расположения здания или других 
факторов. В результате передача сырья, прошедшего первый процесс, 
на второй этап осуществляется на основе ручного труда, что снижает 
эффективность. В данной статье эти процессы проанализированы 
на примере хлопкоочистительного предприятия и описаны новые 
технологические решения и их преимущества.

 At the enterprises of primary cotton processing the manufacture of 
produce from cotton raw materials with high quality and competitive indicators, 
as well as the achievement of high labor productivity is primarily closely related 
to consistency of technological equipment. Appropriate placement of technological 
machines and introduction of additional auxiliary mechanisms allow to increase 
production volumes and timely transfer products to the next technological process 
without damaging them. However, at many production plants there are interruptions 
in the transfer of raw materials from one process equipment to another due to the 
amount of equipment, the location of the building or other factors. As a result, the 
transfer of raw materials past the first process to the second stage is based on manual 
labor, which reduces efficiency. The article reviews these processes on the example of 
a cotton ginning enterprise, provides new technological solutions and describes their 
advantages
