Bugungi kunda dunyoning transport tizimlari rivojlangan yirik 
shaharlarida yo‘nalishli avtobuslarda iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy samaradorlikni belgilash, 
jamoat transportlari harakatini samarali tashkil etish orqali yo‘lovchilarni ushbu 
turdagi transportga yo‘naltirish, ularning har qanday sharoitda ishonchli transport 
xizmatiga bo‘lgan dolzarb talabini to‘liq qondirishga qaratilgan masalalar 
yetakchi o‘rin egallagan. Shahar jamoat transportlarining harakatiga muhit va 
uni tashkil etuvchilarning salbiy ta’siri tadqiqotchilar tomonidan turlicha talqin 
qilingan. Jahon tadqiqotchilarining muhit mezonlarini tahlil qilish natijasida ob-
havo sharoitining ta’sir darajasi muhim ko‘rsatkich ekanligi aniqlanib, Toshkent 
shahri uchun noqulay ob-havo sharoitining asosiy parametrlarini yo‘lovchilar 
oqimi va harakatlanuvchi tarkibning ekspluatatsion tezligiga ta’siri hamda uning 
og‘irlik darajasi bo‘yicha tahlillar amalga oshirilgan. Noqulay ob-havo sharoitida 
yo‘nalishli avtobuslar harakat muntazamligini ta’minlash uchun unga ta’sir etuvchi 
ob-havo parametrlari bilan bog‘liqlik qonuniyatlari aniqlangan bo‘lib, xulosalarda 
yo‘nalishli avtobuslarning harakat jadvalini ishlab chiqish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar 
keltirilgan.

В настоящее время в крупных городах с развитой 
транспортной системой особое внимание уделяется вопросам определения 
экономической и социальной эффективности маршрутных автобусов, 
организации эффективного движения общественного транспорта, 
направлению пассажиров к данному виду транспорта, а также 
полному удовлетворению их актуальной потребности в надёжном 
транспортном обслуживании при любых условиях. Отрицательное 
влияние окружающей среды и её компонентов на движение городского 
общественного транспорта трактуется исследователями по-разному. 
Анализ критериев среды, проведённый исследователями в мире, 
показал, что степень воздействия погодных условий является важным 
показателем. В данной работе проведён анализ воздействия основных 
параметров неблагоприятных погодных условий на пассажиропоток и 
эксплуатационную скорость подвижного состава в городе Ташкенте, а 
также оценка степени тяжести их влияния. Для обеспечения регулярности 
движения маршрутных автобусов в неблагоприятных погодных условиях 
были выявлены закономерность связи с метеорологическими параметрами. 
В заключении приведены рекомендации по разработке графика движения 
маршрутных автобусов.

Today, in large cities with developed transport systems around the world, 
the leading issues are to determine the economic and social efficiency of scheduled 
buses, to effectively organize public transport traffic, and to fully satisfy their 
urgent demand for reliable transport services in any conditions. Researchers have 
interpreted the impact of the environment and its organizers on the movement of 
urban public transport differently. As a result of the analysis of environmental 
criteria by world researchers, it was found that the level of influence of weather 
conditions is an important indicator, and for the city of Tashkent, an analysis 
was carried out of the main parameters of adverse weather conditions on the 
flow of passengers and the operational speed of rolling stock and its severity. To 
ensure the regularity of scheduled bus traffic in adverse weather conditions, the 
laws of correlation with weather parameters affecting it were determined, and 
recommendations were made in the conclusions on the development of a schedule 
for scheduled buses.
