In  this article  the author writes  that  the  teacher  should pay attention  to  the  fact 
that  at  schools  the  thematic minumim  of  pupils  are  not  so  rich  but  limited  and  while 
teaching  he  or  she  can  only  work  with  the  method  of”teacher  and  his  environment. 
”Speaking,  listening  should make  the main basis of  teaching, especially,  speaking must 
be the leader during the process.

В  данной  статье  автор  пишет  о  том  что,учителю  стоит  уделять 
внимание  на тот факт,  что  в школах тематический минимум  учащиеся  не так 
уж  богата,а  ограниченний.И  во  время  обучение  он  может  работать 
методом”учитель  и  его  окружаещая  среда”.А  также  идёт  речь  ,о  том 
что,говорение и слушание должены состовлят основную базу обучения,в то время 
как самым главным компонентом образование должно быть обучение говорить
