tana qismi)ning o‘sishi va ko‘payishi kabi xususiyatlari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotlardan xulosa qilib aytganda, M.cydoniae,
M.fructigena patogenlari mitseliysi laboratoriya sharoitida 25°C haroratda sun’iy ozuqa muhitlarida (KDA,) yaxshi o‘sish
aniqlangan va M.cydoniae zamburug‘i mitseliysi 2,56±0,12 – 5,72±0,45 mm va M.fructigena zamburug‘ining mitseliysi
2,63±0,26 – 6,25±0,31 mm o‘sganligi qayd etilgan.

M.cydoniae

This article examines properties such as growth and reproduction of the mycelium (i.e., the vegetative part of the
body) of fungi of the genus Monilinia on quince plants. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the mycelium
of the pathogens M. cydoniae and M. fructigena grows well under laboratory conditions on artificial nutrient media (PDA)
at a temperature of 25°C. It was established that the mycelial growth of the fungus M. cydoniae ranged from 2.56±0.12 to
5.72±0.45 mm, while that of M. fructigena ranged from 2.63±0.26 to 6.25±0.31 mm.
