Sirdaryo viloyati (Sardoba tumani, “Sardoba Universal” klasteri) sharoitida 2025-yillarda paxta ekinlarida
paxta shirasi (Aphis gossypii) ga qarshi WIPEOUT (“IPL Biologicals Limited”, Hindiston) bioinsektitsidining
samaradorligini baholash bo‘yicha dala tadqiqotlari o‘tkazildi. Tajribalar 5 kunlik interval bilan ikki marta ishlov berish
sxemasi asosida o‘tkazildi, baholashlar birinchi ishlovdan 2-4 kun o‘tib va ikkinchi ishlovdan 3-6 kun o‘tgach amalga
oshirildi. Taqqoslash uchun BIOSLEEP bioinsektitsidi (etalon) va ishlov berilmagan nazorat varianti qo‘llanildi. Metodika
“Qishloq xo‘jaligida insektitsidlarni sinash bo‘yicha metodik ko‘rsatmalar”ga (Davlat Kimyo Komissiyasi, 2004) muvofiq
olib borildi. Natijalar WIPEOUT 2,5 l/ga me’yorida 87,3% biologik samaradorlikni ta’minlaganini, bu esa etalondan 9%
yuqori ekanini va nazorat variantiga nisbatan hosildorlikni 4% oshirganini ko‘rsatdi.
В условиях Сырдарьинской области (Сардобинский район, кластер «Сардоба Универсал») в 2025
г. проведено полевое исследование эффективности биоинсектицида WIPEOUT («IPL Biologicals Limited», Индия)
против хлопковой тли (Aphis gossypii) на хлопчатнике. Испытания проводили по схеме двухкратной обработки с
интервалом 5 дней, с оценкой на 2-4 сутки после первой обработки и на 3-6 сутки после второй. Для сравнения
использован биоинсектицид БИОСЛИП (эталон) и контроль без обработки. Методика соответствовала
«Методическим указаниям по проведению испытаний инсектицидов в сельском хозяйстве» (ГосХимКомиссия, 2004).
Результаты показали, что Wipeout при норме расхода 2,5 л/га обеспечил биологическую эффективность 87,3%,
что на 9% выше эталона, и прибавку урожая на 4% относительно контрольного варианта.

In the conditions of Syrdarya region (Sardoba district, cluster “Sardoba Universal”), during 2025, a field
study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the bioinsecticide WIPEOUT (“IPL Biologicals Limited”, India)
against cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii) on cotton crops. The experiments were carried out according to the scheme of two
treatments with an interval of 5 days, with assessments on days 2-4 after the first treatment and days 3-6 after the second.
For comparison, the bioinsecticide BIOSLEEP (reference) and an untreated control were used. The methodology corresponded
to the “Guidelines for testing insecticides in agriculture” (State Chemical Commission, 2004). The results showed
that WIPEOUT at a dose of 2.5 L/ha ensured a biological efficacy of 87.3%, which is 9% higher than the reference, and
increased yield by 4% compared to the control.
