A number of studies have been conducted on the issue of language learning in connection with culture and spirituality in subsequent years. Because language is a means of expressing the national aspects of the people he created, which are unique. The linguistic and cultural concept, considered within the framework of linguoculturology and ethnolinguistics, forms the basis of research today. After all, scientific research conducted on linguistic and cultural proverbs is aimed at revealing the possibility of language to preserve and express national culture and spirituality in their unity. In particular, the linguistic and cultural value of folk proverbs with a linguistic and cultural Seme and their role as an ethnographic unit dictate the need to find adequate solutions to such scientific issues as the role in the communication system, the study of tasks, linguistic knowledge and speech situation, as well as cultural aspects. This article also highlights how the concepts of national thinking, national culture, national spirituality, national mentality are expressed in folk proverbs reflecting national values, customs, daily lifestyle, history, culture and spirituality of the people, polished and widely used today in oral and written speech. After all, folk proverbs, embodying the concepts of diligence, hospitality, eloquence, Andijan, courage, creativity, patriotism, demonstrate the values of this people, who are its user and creator. Therefore, such proverbs should be approached from a linguistic and cultural point of view. As an example, waiting for a guest, engagement, wedding, brother, sister, brother, borinka, relations between relatives, on the street, in the work room, to the eldest, to the youngest-all this is reflected in his language, in proverbs, in the image of animals, in the proverbs of national games, their ethnographic and linguistic and cultural aspects
