В данной статье приводится краткий анализ правовых основ административных процедур на территории Узбекистана на примере советского периода. По итогам анализа было научно обоснованно, что в советском праве админиистративные процедуры отождествлялись с общим понятием админисративным процесса регулирующий определенными нормами всей деятельности исполнительно-распорядительных органов в государственном управлении.

This article provides a brief analysis of the legal basis of administrative procedures on the territory of Uzbekistan on the example of the Soviet period. According to the results of the analysis, it was scientifically justified that in Soviet law administrative procedures were identified with the general concept of an administrative process regulating certain norms of all activities of executive and administrative bodies in state administration.
