This article highlights the fact that the strategy of the actions is to strengthen the guarantees of the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms. Likewise, the strategy of the actions constitutes one of the solution of issues for protecting human rights in our country. As well as this article demonstrates the description of the crime of legalization of criminal proceeds
