The article analyzes the degree of development of cooperative relations in the fruit and vegetable sector of the economy, identifies the main problems and shortcomings in this direction. On the basis of the obtained results, the place and importance of cooperation in the development of the fruit and vegetable sector on the basis of the cluster approach is justified, the author’s opinion on its development is stated.
