In this paper presents results of studies estimate combinative ability of productivity traits on parental forms. At salted conditions the date obtained suggest that the role of genes in the inheritance of productivity traits in the cotton varieties studied is different: additive gene effects dominate in varieties S-5706, S5707 and Gulistan, while genes with and hybrids obtained participation with dominant and epistat effects play an important role in S-5706.
