The techniques of in vitro and in vivo propagation of cherry rootstocks, and the effect of growth regulators, nutrient media on growth rate were studied in the article. The successful micropropagation and acclimatization protocols are going to be established by results of studies on in vivo physiological and morphological traits, and processes of hardening of in vitro propagated rootstocks.
