The scientific article presents the data of tasting evaluation of berries of new peach varieties and hybrids of grapes of table and Sultana direction. Of the new varieties and hybrids have high organoleptic characteristics of table varieties and hybrids – Husaine Muscat, 4-14-1 and 4-41-48 with a total organoleptic evaluation of berries 7.9-8.5 points. Of the permanent varieties on this basis, the kishmish variety of Samarkand and the hybrid 4-38-37 with a total organoleptic evaluation of the quality of berries 8,1 and 8,25 points.
