The article presents results of research to sustainability gumosis (Хanthomonas malvacearum) and the relationship of the amount of gossypol in seeds of hybrids and varieties and specimens of cotton. Based on the studied hybrid combinations found that F5 BC3S1-47-8-1-17 x C-6524 combination resistant to gumosis (Хanthomonas malvacearum).
