The creation of new varieties resistant to diseases and their introduction into production is the most effective method of combating diseases. Yellow rust causes great damage to the yield of cereals in years with a sufficient amount of precipitation and at the optimum temperature, so the creation of resistant varieties to diseases, productive varieties is one of the urgent problems facing plant breeders. In this article, the degree of resistance of varieties and samples based on the use of chemical control was studied, which were artificially infected with spores of yellow rust. Sustainable varieties and samples were selected and proposed as donors for use in breeding activities.
