Тадқиқот мақсади ярали колит билан касалланган беморлар ҳужайравий 
ва гуморал иммун холатига гельминтлар ва содда жонворланинг таъсирини аниқлаш. Ярали колит билан касалланган беморларда бластоцистоз умумий 
носпецифик  IgE  ва  яллиғланиш  олди  ФНО-αва  ИФН-γ  цитокинларининг 
ишончли  кўтарилишига  олиб  келди.  Ярали  колит  билан  касалланган 
беморларда  бошқа  ичак  паразитозлари  иммунологик  кўрсаткичларда 
ишончли  даражада  ўзгаришларга  олиб  келмади.  Бу  эса  Ўзбекистон  учун 
эндемик  бўлган  ичак  паразитозларининг  (аскаридоз,  энтеробиоз, 
гименолепидоз  и  лямблиоз)  ярали  колит  этиопатогенезида  роли  мавжуд 
эмаслигини тасдиқлайди.

The  aim  of  the  study  is  to  determine  the  influence  of  helminths  and 
pathogenic  protozoa  on  the  status  of  cellular  and  humoral  immunity  in  UC 
patients.  In  patients  with  UC,  blastocystosis  significantly  increased  the  level  of 
total  serum  non-specific  IgE  and  pro-inflammatory  cytokines  TNF-α  and  IFN-γ. 
Changes  in  immunological  parameters  with  other  concomitant  intestinal 
parasitoses in UC patients were absent or slightly expressed, which  indicates the 
absence  of  the  role  of  intestinal  parasitoses  endemic  to  Uzbekistan  (ascariasis, 
enterobiosis, hymenolepidosis and giardiasis) in the etiology and pathogenesis of 
UC.
