Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation and Submission to the Scientific Journal

1. The "Bulletin of JizPI" ("JIZPI XABARNOMASI"), a scientific and technical journal of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, publishes significant research findings from higher education institutions, research institutes, and industrial centers within the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad. The journal is published quarterly and covers the following research areas:

- Automotive and Agricultural Machinery;

- Information Technology and Computer Graphics;

- Technology of Textile and Light Industry Materials;

- Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, and Metrology;

- Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering;

- Civil Engineering;

- Short Communications.

2. Manuscripts submitted by authors without a Doctor of Science degree must be accompanied by a formal review from a Doctor or Candidate of Science in the relevant field. Articles may be submitted in Uzbek, Russian, or English. The title, abstract (8–10 lines), and keywords (10–15 words) must be provided in all three languages.

3. Manuscripts must be formatted in MS Word using Times New Roman (12 pt), with single line spacing. The length should be 6–10 pages. Paper size: A4 (210x297 mm); Margins: top, bottom, left, and right — 2.0 cm each.

4. Formatting Rules:

- The UDC code must be placed in the upper left corner. The article title follows in bold, uppercase, and centered on three languages. Author details (full name, affiliation, position, academic degree/title, email, and phone number) must follow in small print.

- Abstract: This section must concisely cover the Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The abstract should provide enough clarity for the scientific community to understand the core concepts. Keywords related to the subject must follow the abstract.

- Main Body: The manuscript must be clearly structured into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

- Mathematical formulas must be composed in MathType 7.0 or Microsoft Equation 3.0. Figures (graphs, diagrams) must comply with standard rules, with a maximum size of 10x10 cm. The limit is 5 figures (2 for short communications). Figure captions and table titles must be centered and bold.

- Citations within the text should be formatted as [1]. The reference list should appear at the end of the manuscript in the order of citation.

5. The Editorial Board subjects all manuscripts to peer review and makes publication decisions based on the review results.

6. Manuscripts that do not comply with the aforementioned requirements will not be considered for review.

7. These requirements are not exhaustive; the Editorial Board reserves the right to request additional information regarding specific manuscripts.
