Ethics Policy

Development of the editorial office’s annual work plan, cost estimates, and other proposals aimed at improving activities, and submission of these to the founder for approval;

Searching for, collecting, and disseminating information;

Participation in forming the editorial management bodies in accordance with the journal’s Charter and applicable legislation;

Participation in profit distribution and compensation of losses;

Determination of specific conditions and procedures for the preparation and publication of mass media;

Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ommaviy axborot vositalari to‘g‘risida qonun and other relevant regulatory acts when publishing and distributing mass media;

Organization of other activities not prohibited by law in accordance with established procedures;

Provision of information, advertising, design, and printing services;

Publication of supplements in accordance with the procedure established by law;

Development and implementation of proposals and business plans regarding the quality, level, and volume of mass media;

Allocation of profits gained from editorial activities toward the development of the editorial office and the material and moral encouragement of employees;

Conclusion of contracts through the founder, and acquisition of property and personal non-property rights and obligations;

Organization of conferences and exhibitions;

Ensuring timely submission of reports on the financial and economic activities of the editorial office to the relevant authorized bodies;

Exercising all rights and fulfilling all obligations established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Regulation of labor relations within the editorial team based on legislation, this Charter, collective agreements, internal labor rules, job descriptions, and other internal normative documents;

Establishment and enforcement of measures related to executive and labor discipline; taking necessary actions, and improving the accuracy, objectivity, and relevance of materials prepared and disseminated by employees;

Broad implementation of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and internal labor regulations established by the editorial administration;

Ensuring the proper use of assigned property for its intended purposes and its safekeeping.
