Determination of the form, system, and amount of remuneration for editorial staff, as well as the amount of authors’ fees, in accordance with the legislation;
Organization of work in the editorial office in compliance with established rules and occupational safety requirements; application of disciplinary measures to employees who violate labor discipline, fail to comply with lawful requirements, or do not ensure the quality execution of assigned tasks, in accordance with the current labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; ensuring social insurance of editorial staff in the manner prescribed by law;
Creation of necessary working conditions for editorial staff; timely payment of salaries, bonuses, financial assistance, vacation payments, social benefits, and sick leave payments;
Employment of editorial staff on the basis of labor contracts.
