The article presents the results of evaluating the effectiveness of means
of vibration and sound insulation of an energy-saturated machine-tractor unit. The
effectiveness of the developed and implemented rational cab vibration isolation scheme
was 8-13 dB. The total efficiency of the noise and vibration protection system in
reducing the noise of the main sources on the propagation path was 8 dB(A) and the
sound level of 78 dB(A) in the cabin ensures the reliability of the ergodic man-machine
system and, at the same time, the absence of a stressor (noise and vibration) to prevent
distress in a person (operator).
