This article presents the results of the research on the development of the technology of increasing the service life of the sheets in the working conditions of the casting at the Central Repairs and Mechanical Plant at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgy Refinery (CPC). One of the factors that led to the loss of Val schisternia was the study of the appearance, rupture and dental breakdown of the working surfaces, which led to increased production costs. Analyzes have shown that thermal processing and so-called thermal processing are recommended to increase the working capacity of the plants and factories at the refineries of electrochemicals (EHP).
Ushbu maqolada Olmaliq KMKdagi Markaziy ta'mirlash mexanika zavodi (SRMZ)dagi elektrotoshqolni qayta eritish (EShP) sexlarida quyma usulida olinganval-shesternya tishlarining ishlash sharoitidagi xizmat muddatini oshirish texnologiyasini ishlab chiqishustida olib borilgan tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan.Val shesternyasining ishdan chiqishiga sabab bo‘layotgan omillardan biri ularning ishchi yuzalarining yeyilishi, darz ketishi va tishlarning sinib ketish holatlari bo‘lib, bu ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini oshirishga olib kelishi o‘rganib chiqildi. Olib borilgan tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki zavod va korxonalarning elektrotoshqolni qayta eritish (EShP) sexlarida quyma usulida olingan mahsulotning ishlash resursini oshirish uchun termik ishlov berish va shu kabi bir qancha usullarni qo‘llash taklif etiladi.

В статье приводятся результаты исследований по повышению срока службы вал-шестерня, получаемых электрошлаковым переплавом на Центрально-механическом заводе (ЦРМЗ) при АО “Алмалыкский ГМК”. В частности, приведены методы, в том числе разработанный метод повышения твёрдости и износостойкости рабочих поверхностой вал-шестерни. Представлена схема применённой установки для термической обработки и таблица изменения твёрдости и износостойкости зубьев вал-шестерня. В конце статьи даются рекомендации по режиму термической обработки литых заготовок, получаемых электрошлаковым переплавом (ЭШП).
