The study is based on the need to install a specially designed device that directs the fiber to the correct tooth of the first saw cylinder located in a double drum fiber cleaning equipment. The process of changing pressure, density, and velocity in the guiding device and the effect of their cleaning efficiency was simulated and theoretically analyzed when the efficiency of cleaning a cotton fiber stream using a column system allowed the feedstock to be changed from 4 mm to 15 mm based on a reference device. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that the increase in cleaning efficiency depends on the attachment of the saw teeth to the device, distribution graphs in the cleaning zones were given at each pressure value and the salt coefficient B of the efficiency coefficient, coefficient B, the coefficient of efficiency also increases. Based on the analysis results, it was recommended to introduce it into production.
