The article describes the technology of synthesis and determines the composition of the surfactant composition, designed to prevent ammonium nitrate caking. For the synthesis, local raw materials were used - waste wastes from chemical production - distillation residue of distilled fatty acids from cotton soap stocks and waste monoethanolamine, as well as a stabilizer, mineral oil and a hardener taken in certain proportions. Depending on the value of the surface tension of the resulting surfactant solution, the optimal synthesis conditions were selected: reaction time, temperature, the ratio of the components and the order of their introduction into the process, as well as the ratio of the components. The optimal ratio of DLC and KO MEA provides a 10-fold increase in the surface tension of the final surfactant. It is shown that the use of the MEA vat residue gives the same values of the surface tension of the surfactant as when using pure MEA, which allows us to conclude that a secondary amine-containing component is used in the synthesis of the surfactant. The tests carried out confirmed that the anti-caking agent obtained with the optimal ratio of components when processing ammonium nitrate by the spraying method ensures the preservation of the required friability of the granular forms of fertilizer (with an observation time of 6 months). The volume of the available secondary raw materials and other components of the developed composition is sufficient for the organization of industrial production of surfactants of this product. Solving the problem of caking of nitrogen, potash and phosphorus fertilizers is an urgent task of today for the colloidal-chemical science of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
