This article discusses that the drying up one of the most beautiful water bodies on the planet and one of the major global environmental catastrophes that has led to population growth and increased demand for water in the region, the rapid development of new lands and the recurrence of years water scarcity. The article also focuses on the current social, economic and environmental problems of the Aral Sea, the reasons for the construction of the Aral Sea, the work carried out to improve the environmental situation in the region. At the same time, the main objective reasons for the drying up of the Aral Sea, subjective factors, the deterioration of the environmental situation associated with the Aral Sea and the trends of globalization were subjected to a systematic scientifically analysis. The potential and strategic goals of creating a sustainable healthy environment werediscussed. In addition, the Aral Sea and the Aral Sea Basin,which the world community has transformed from a regional to a global environmental problem, not only in Central Asia, but also in the world society.
