Research has been conducted on the cultivation of topinambur in the country to fully meet the needs of the population in medicines, in particular, food and other agricultural products, when analyzing the results of the observations, it was found that the earlier the plant is planted, the higher the height of the stem. In addition, it was found that topinambur stems have the ability to grow up to 3-4 cm per day when the Republic of Karakalpakstan is provided with high temperatures, sufficient water and nutrients before the transition to the stage of grazing, regardless of the timing of sowing
