Мақолада Ўзбекистонда фуқаролик жамиятини ривожлантириш ҳамда ижтимоий-сиёсий модернизация жараёнларини амалга оширишда сиёсий партиялар ролининг ўсиб боришининг ҳуқуқий жиҳатлари билан боғлиқ масалаларнинг таҳлили ўрин олган.
В настоящей статье рассматриваются правовые аспекты повышения роли политических партий в условиях дальнейшего развития гражданского общества и процессы общественно-политический модернизации в Узбекистане.
This article discusses the creation and improvement of the law about the principles of building and development of the democratic civil society in Uzbekistan and foundation of the role of political party in this process.
