In this study, we investigated the association between sensitive periods and motor skills in first and secondrade school students, and demonstrated the influence of adaptability in organismal development. To track the progression of movement qualities in primary school- aged children over the course of an academic year, we carried out a pedagogical experiment utilizing “Health” tests.
Ушбу мақолада 1-2 синф ўқувчиларида сенсетив даврлар ва жисмоний қобилиятлари ўртасидаги боғлиқликлар ва организм ривожланишига мослашишнинг таъсири ҳамда бошланғич мактаб ёшидаги болаларда ўқув йили давомида ҳаракат сифатларининг ривожланишини кузатиш учун “Саломатлик” тестларидан фойдаланган ҳолда педагогик тажрибалар натижалари баён қилинган.
В данной статье мы исследовали связь между сенситивными периодами и двигательными навыками у школьников первого и второго классов и продемонстрировали влияние адаптивности на развитие организма. Для отслеживания развития двигательных качеств у детей младшего школьного возраста в течение учебного года нами был проведен педагогический эксперимент с использованием тестов «Здоровье».
