This article discusses the modern development of the transformation of the digital economy, as well as the role of Internet commerce in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In this regard, an analysis is made of the widespread use of the theory and practice of e commerce in business through the use of modern information technologies and methods, which makes it possible to more effectively solve a number of economic problems, including the problem of the long-term presence of business structures in the target market of Uzbekistan.
