В статье исследована автоматическая система мониторинга подвижного состава и контейнеров (АСМПСК). Осуществлено параметрическое описание элементов, разработана структура системы на основе 
информационных моделей и разработан функциональный модель системы на основе нотации IDEF0. Представлены основные выходные данные АСМПСК. Система будет основой для лиц принятия решений при
организации движения поездов.

The article investigates the automatic system for monitoring rolling stock and containers (ASMRSC). A parametric description of elements has been carried out, a system structure based on information models has been developed, and a
functional model of the system based on the IDEF0 notation has been developed. The main output data of ASMRSC are presented. The system will be the basis for decision makers in the organization of train traffic.
