Организации по управлению дестинациями также могут использовать интеллектуальные технологии для улучшения своих маркетинговых стратегий и увеличения трафика посетителей, а также для сбора данных о поведении и предпочтениях туристов.

This article examines the ways of using smart technologies in the field of tourism. Smart technologies are widely used in tourist travel planning and travel management. Destination management organizations can also use smart technologies to improve their marketing strategies and increase visitor traffic, and collect data on tourist behavior and preferences.
