В литературном обзоре описаны реконструктивно-пластические способы лечения и хирургической реабилитации больных хроническими стенозами гортани и трахеи. Обобщены литературные данные по различным методам пластики стойких ларинготрахеостом. Приведены результаты хирургического лечения 102 больных с данной патологией, оперированных авторами за последние 10 лет.

The literary review describes reconstructive plastic methods of treatment and surgical rehabilitation of patients with chronic stenosis of the larynx and trachea.
