First of all, we arecomparing the 2 methods used for separating melanin, we consider the 2nd method to be optimal. Because of this, 2 methods require less reagents and equipment than 1 method, and the time required for melanin separation is much shorter. In addition, it was noted that the sensitivity of the detection of melanin formation in the 2nd method is slightly higher than that of the 1st method. In both methods, it was determined that A4-13 and C17-1 strains synthesize the most melanin
