The composition of the fecal intestinal microbiota and inflammation markers (IL-6 and CRP) was studied in 35 patients with CKD who were in the nephrology department of the TMA clinic III. In patients with CKD, an imbalance of the intestinal microbiota is observed. At the same time, an increase in such inflammatory markers as CRP, IL-6, and leukocytes was found in the examined patients.
